Open Question: My recruiter is telling me to lie?
I have an arrest for possession of marijuana. It occured when i was juvenile. There was no conviction. The charge was dropped. Didnt go to court, didnt do any programs to receive rid of the charge. The FBI check at the recruiters came back as No Hit. My recruiter told me thats the same test that they do at MEPs and that i should just not tell them. He says theres no waivers now, and that its going to be a long time before i can receive it. Im in no rush to boat out. No rush at every. NO way in hell am i going to lie. Im not going to risk a fraudulent enlistment, or risk going to Kansas lol but what should i do from here? look a different recruiter? I already switched recruiters before. My dad who is a retired officer mentioned going to Ft Benning or Bragg and talking to the Commander there requesting a waiver from the top. ya i swear my recruiter even showed me it said no hit
