Kansas City apartment manager exchanges gunfire
A midtown Kansas City apartment manager was not hurt after exchanging shots with two masked men tardy Thursday night. The 45-year-old man told police that when he went to investigate a noise in the hall outside his apartment in the 1300 block of East Armour Blvd. he was confronted by two persons dressed in black with black masks over their faces.
